Questions

What counts as repeat admin work?

Any job your team does the same way many times a week: reading requests, filling forms, checking documents against a rule, writing the same kind of email or report.

What does reviewing a draft mean?

Instead of doing the job from scratch, a person reads a finished draft, fixes anything wrong and approves it. The draft is prepared for them, by software or by AI.

What hourly cost should I use?

The wage plus payroll taxes and benefits. A common rule of thumb is the hourly wage times 1.25 to 1.4.

Where do the example numbers come from?

They are illustrations, not measurements. Time a week of each job on your own team and put in your numbers.
