We build and run AI for independent insurance agencies.
dailybuilt is the thinking layer for your company. For an independent P&C agency of 5 to 30 people, our team sets up AI to take certificate requests, policy changes, ID cards, quote intake and renewals off your CSRs. We start from the inbox and website forms you already have, and work alongside Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx. A person on your team approves before anything goes out, and every month you get a report of the work handled and numbers your agency has never had.
- Request arrives. By email or your website form, into one inbox.
- Checked against the file. The AI we set up matches holder, insured and coverage to the policy in your agency management system.
- Certificate details drafted. Ready for a CSR to issue from your system.
- A CSR approves. Nothing goes out before a person on your team says yes.
- Sent and timed. Hours from request to sent, logged for your monthly report.
Eight admin jobs we take off your service team.
We set up AI to do the first pass on each one, and your team reviews it. Agencies are appointed with an average of 17 carriers, per the Big “I” 2024 Agency Universe Study, and every one is another service desk to chase.
Certificate of insurance requests (ACORD 25)
Requests from email and your website, checked against the policy on file and drafted for a CSR to issue.
Quote intake
Web forms and emails turned into one complete submission, with missing details asked for before a producer sees it.
Renewal reminders and remarketing prep
Renewals flagged 90, 60 and 30 days out, with current coverage and open items summarized for the account manager.
Policy change requests
Vehicle, driver, location and payee changes logged, checked for gaps and drafted for your team to submit.
ID cards and routine client questions
ID cards, payment dates and who to call for a claim, drafted from the policy record for your team to approve.
Endorsement and document chasing
Endorsements, signed applications, inspections and loss runs tracked until they arrive, with each follow-up drafted on your schedule.
Carrier follow-ups
Every open item with an underwriter or service desk gets an owner, a next date and a drafted email.
Signatures on applications and forms
Applications and broker of record letters sent for e-signature, with the signed PDF filed on the client.
Six numbers your agency has never had, counted from your own work.
Your agency management system stores the policy. It does not time the work around it. Every request we handle is logged with when it arrived, who approved it and when it went out, so these figures land in your monthly report. The boxes stay empty here because the figures come from your agency's records.

How we set up AI in your agency, in four steps.
60% of independent agencies surveyed named operational efficiency as a motivation for adopting AI, and 8% said AI is embedded in their daily workflows, per the 2026 Big “I” Agents Council for Technology Tech Trends Report. Wanting AI and running it are different jobs. We do the setup.
- Step 1
We map the admin work
We sit with your CSRs and account managers and list every recurring request, how often it comes in and how long it takes.
- Step 2
We build the AI layer around your systems
We connect your inbox and web forms, build the handoff to your agency management system and set up an automation for each job.
- Step 3
AI does the first pass
The AI we set up reads each request, checks it against what is on file and drafts the work: certificate details, a submission, a renewal summary, a reply.
- Step 4
A person on your team approves before anything goes out
Approve it, edit it or send it back. Each decision is written to an audit log and counted in your monthly report.
What stays with your agency, and what we do not do.
dailybuilt is not an insurance agency. We hold no license or carrier appointment, and we do not sell, rate or bind insurance.
Your agency management system
Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx stays your system of record. We work alongside it.
Coverage advice
What to recommend to a client stays with your licensed staff.
Quoting and binding
Your team quotes in your raters and carrier portals and binds with the carrier.
Claims
Claims stay between your team, the client and the carrier.
Carrier relationships
Underwriters hear from your people. We do not connect to carrier systems.
The final say
Nothing reaches a client, holder or carrier until a person on your team approves it.
Questions agency owners ask before an intro call.
Does dailybuilt replace Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx?
No. Your agency management system stays your system of record, whether that is Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360, HawkSoft or EZLynx. dailybuilt works alongside it, and we build the integration for each agency, because every agency runs its system differently. We scope that work on the intro call.
Can AI send a certificate of insurance without our review?
No. The AI we set up drafts the certificate details from what is on file, and a CSR issues the certificate from your agency management system. Nothing goes to a holder, client or carrier until a person on your team approves it, and each approval is written to an audit log.
How much does it cost?
It is a monthly retainer, scoped on an intro call to the jobs we take off your team and the systems we connect. We do not publish a price because no two agencies hand us the same work.
What is in the monthly report?
The work handled that month, by job: certificates, quote requests, renewals, policy changes, client questions and carrier follow-ups. Then the numbers your agency has never had: hours from certificate request to certificate sent, quote requests complete on arrival, policy changes done the same day, renewals touched 60 days out, service hours per 100 policies and days a carrier follow-up stays open.
Which job do you start with?
The one that takes your team the most hours. We count volume and time per job when we map your work, then start where the hours are and add jobs from there.
Do you connect to carriers or need an appointment?
No. dailybuilt is not an insurance agency and holds no license or carrier appointment. We do not connect to carrier systems. Carrier follow-ups are drafted as emails, approved by your team and tracked until the carrier answers.
Where does our client data live?
In your dailybuilt workspace, hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every change is written to an audit log, and an owner or admin can export the whole workspace at any time.
Is our client data used to train AI models?
No. The AI we set up runs on business accounts with model providers whose terms bar training on your data, and we name the provider for your agency on the intro call. Only the request being worked on is sent, and every draft and approval stays in your workspace.
Can our team ask Claude or ChatGPT about our work?
Yes. dailybuilt has a remote MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client can read your records and work on your automations with the same permissions as the person signed in. Anything that publishes or spends asks for confirmation first.
Book an intro call and we map which jobs come off your team first.
Bring your list of recurring requests and the agency management system you run. We come back with the jobs we would take on, the integration we would build and the retainer.
