Nevada Consumer Health Data Notice

This notice states only what is different for Nevada residents, and in Section 3 for Connecticut residents. Read the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy first.

Effective July 28, 2026

This notice describes how DailyBuilt treats consumer health data of Nevada residents, and — in Section 3 — of Connecticut residents. It supplements our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which is our policy under the Washington My Health My Data Act and which describes the categories of data we collect, the sources we collect it from, who receives it, and how you exercise your rights. Read that policy first; this notice states only what is different.

"DailyBuilt," "we," "us," and "our" mean DailyBuilt, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

1. Nevada consumers

Nevada Senate Bill 370 (2023), codified at NRS 603A.400 through 603A.560, imposes obligations on consumer health data that closely track Washington's. Its requirements include a consumer health data privacy policy (NRS 603A.495), the right to make requests about your consumer health data (NRS 603A.505), a deadline for our response (NRS 603A.510), a deletion right that expressly addresses data held on archived or backup systems (NRS 603A.515), and a separate written authorization before any sale of consumer health data (NRS 603A.535).

We apply the practices described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy to Nevada consumers as well. We do not sell consumer health data, we do not use it for advertising, we do not operate geofences around health care facilities, and we honor access, consent-withdrawal, and deletion requests on the same terms and timelines described in Section 7 of that policy.

Geofencing. NRS 603A.540 prohibits implementing a geofence within 1,750 feet of a medical facility to identify or track consumers seeking health care services, to collect consumer health data, or to send consumers notifications, advertisements, or messages relating to their consumer health data or health care services. We do not implement any such geofence. The Service does not offer point-and-radius location targeting, and enforces a minimum targeting radius.

Enforcement. Nevada's law is enforced by the Nevada Attorney General as a deceptive trade practice, with civil penalties, and it does not create a private right of action. Washington's act is different in this respect: RCW 19.373.090 makes a violation a per se unfair or deceptive act under Washington's Consumer Protection Act, ch. 19.86 RCW.

How to complain. If you are a Nevada consumer and we deny your request or your appeal, you may file a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General at https://ag.nv.gov/Complaints/File_Complaint/.

2. Consumers in other states

Where another state's consumer health data law applies to you, we apply the practices described in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy to you as well, and we honor requests on the terms described in Section 7 of that policy, whichever state you are in.

3. Connecticut consumers

Connecticut regulates consumer health data as sensitive data under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. §§42-515 to 42-525, as amended by Public Act 23-56. Connecticut also prohibits a geofence within 1,750 feet of a mental health facility or a reproductive or sexual health facility for the purpose of identifying, tracking, collecting data from, or sending messages or advertisements to consumers about their consumer health data.

Our role in Connecticut is the same as it is in Washington: for nearly everything we hold, the business you booked with is the controller and DailyBuilt is its processor under Conn. Gen. Stat. §42-521, acting on that business's instructions. We do not sell consumer health data, we do not process it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling. Requests about data we hold for a business are routed to that business and supported by us, exactly as Section 7.6 of our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes.

4. Contact us
